Annual Reports

In a relatively short space of time, the British political landscape has changed out of recognition. As we come to terms with the workings of the Coalition Government, the NLA is also reviewing its position as part of its leadership role in the private-rented sector. All in all, it has been quite a year.
A busy organisation is not necessarily a successful one. But happily, at the end of another year, I am pleased to report the NLA can tick both boxes. From representing the views of members to Government about the proposed national register of landlords through to developing yet more products and services designed to support you in your lettings business; the NLA, in every sense, has gone from strength to strength. The NLA's position at the top table carries with it responsibilities.
It has been another busy year for the National Landlords Association. I think it's fair to say that is how we like it. When you are a growing organisation, change and challenge is something you should embrace. We realise that it is only by keeping up with events and developments, be they in government, the financial world or IT, that the NLA is able to realise its potential as the leading representative body for landlords in the United Kingdom.
