Lee’s work as a property investor encompasses all facets of property; from renting to development, to facilitating funding for schemes, especially care homes and affordable housing.  Lee enjoys creating mixed balanced sustainable communities and believes PRS landlords can play a huge part in delivering this, particularly as members of NLA.

In 2009 Lee was elected with full Welsh government approval to be the Wales wide Chair of the Private Rented Sector (PRS) Delivery Team. Which will deliver new products and services between the public sector and the PRS.
