Lucy Regan

Lucy has been a landlord in the private rental sector since 2005. She became a member of the NLA and a full time landlord in 2007, setting up a property business which focuses on HMO properties in the Bexley area. Her business provides high quality, all inclusive accommodation for young professionals and she works hard to ensure good relations with her tenants providing them with a great place to live. Prior to becoming a full time landlord Lucy worked for many years in communications in the not-for-profit sector.

Lucy joined the NLA to keep abreast of the latest issues and legislation facing landlords, which remains as important as ever. Lucy is excited about her new role as the NLA local representative for South London.

"I am very much looking forward to the challenges of building new partnerships and improving the image of the private rental sector in the area. I see my role as a great opportunity to become better informed about landlord issues, to establish contact with fellow landlords in order to share best practice, create a voice for landlords in South London, and to work to protect their interests."
