Lynda Bowen

Lynda manages a small portfolio of properties predominantly in the Lincolnshire area, and has been a part time landlord for over 12 years.

After a 25 year career in local government in adult social care, which included recently working for  Leeds City Council and Hull City Council, Lynda has experience of supported housing as well as the private rented sector. She is a non- executive director of Longhurst Housing Group, and a care committee member for L and H homes.

With a strong interest in property renovation, Lynda is currently converting buildings as diverse as a church, an old Irish farmhouse, and a series of barns on a listed building farm for residential and commercial use.

Lynda has 3 children in their teens and early twenties, including a son who is himself a landlord in Nottingham.
