Richard Lambert

Chief Executive

Richard Lambert began his career as a parliamentary civil servant before moving into public affairs working for a number of trade associations. He spent five years as a Policy Director at the British Property Federation (BPF) where he was responsible for establishing the organisation's involvement in residential property issues. Most recently, Richard has held the position of Chief Executive at the British Woodworking Federation (BWF) where he developed the federation into one of the leading timber industry organisations, whilst increasing membership by 45%.

From his time at the BPF, Richard is widely acknowledged within the industry as an effective and credible advocate for the private-rented sector (PRS).
