Richard Price

Richard Price is an NLA Board member as well as Director of Operations at the London Headquarters, where responsibilities  include oversight of the telephone advice line, landlord development, accreditation and health & safety. He has over 15 years’ experience as a landlord with a mixed portfolio of property across Dorset, Hampshire and Lancashire. He also has eleven years’ experience working on behalf of landlords at a local, national and international level.

Before becoming a professional landlord, he worked UK and world-wide in engineering, search and rescue and oil exploration.

Richard is an Executive Member of the UIPI (International Union of Property Owners). He represents NLA member interests on the steering group of the National HMO Network (Houses in Multiple Occupation) and is a member of various British Standards Committees relevant to the private rented sector. 

He is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
