Shona Davison

Shona has been a landlord since the age of 24, and won NLA Property Woman of the Year 2009 as well as NLA Yorkshire and The Humber Property Woman 2009.  Shona manages a portfolio of flats and houses in the UK and abroad, specialising mainly in the young professional and student sector. The rest of her professional time is spent running a credit risk and marketing analytical consultancy business and working as a local representative for the NLA.

Shona, a mother of one, has the condition Myotonic Dystrophy. As a result she volunteers as the Sheffield representative for The Myotonic Dystrophy Support group and participates in regular fund raising activity to support other sufferers and the development of a cure.

She continues to develop her property portfolio in the South Yorkshire area.
