Vince Botham

Vince was born in Essex and after completing his education and an apprenticeship as a mechanical engineer he left to work in South Africa for a year but stayed for 22 years working in a variety of industries.  On his return to the UK he was appointed Managing Director of Alcoa a US global company and had 3 plants in Wales.  During that time he invested in property ready for retirement.  However, a change in circumstances meant he went full time into property development and being a Landlord.  Vince has been a Landlord for 10 years and has HMO's and residential property spread across Wales and Essex.
