Landlord Development manual

The NLA Landlord Development Manual highlights best practice for landlords.

The manual is formally acknowledged and co-written by a group of industry-wide organisations which have the interests of landlords and the private rented sector at heart.

The manual provides benchmark guidance on the many issues and problems that landlords can expect to encounter.

Contributing organisations include:

• National Landlords Association (NLA)
• Accreditation Network UK (ANUK)
• Decent and Safe Homes (DASH)
• Local Authority Co-ordinators of Regulatory Services (LACORS).

New edition
The NLA Landlord Development Manual is currently being updated to include recent changes such as Deposit Protection Schemes, Energy Performance Certificates and Local Housing Allowance.

The new edition will be available early in 2010.
