Legal Costs and Rent Guarantee Insurance

Eddie Hooker, Managing Director of Hamilton Fraser Insurance Solutions, continues his discussion of the insurance needs of landlords.

In the last issue of UK Landlord, I gave my thoughts on the general insurance needs of landlords. Included amongst these insurance needs were Landlord's Tenancy Legal Costs Insurance and Landlord's Rent Guarantee Insurance.

I indicated that, in my opinion, both of these important insurances were well worth considering. In this issue I intend to expand on the cover they provide.
