Online Service to calculate Building Costs

A new online property cost valuation service has been designed to calculate accurate rebuilding costs. The service requires no specialist knowledge, and for the majority of properties, no floor area measurements are needed to calculate a guaranteed rebuilding cost.

Powered by the trading division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the online service, known as StructSure has been developed for specific use in the property and insurance markets. StructSure users can also carry out a free property healthcheck to find out if their property is under- or over-insured.
