More Interactive Information for New Builds Website

from "UK Landlord" magazine, Sep 2007

Investors in new build properties may be interested in an additional service being offered by the New Homesexternal weblink website. The site, which was launched in 1997, allows prospective buyers to select an area of the UK to view all the new property development in that location.

As well as being able to zoom in or out to get a better view of the area, they can see the developments against a satellite of Google Earth, or, with a further click, they can bring up details of an individual development.

The site's latest addition is a one-stop registration option. By registering on the site, users can order development brochures, receive a fortnightly interactive newsletter, obtain e-mail directions and maps for planning site visits, and access developers' web pages via a one-click link.
