It is crucial you are prepared to handle these differences if you want to run a successful tenancy. Outlined below are the factors that set student tenancies apart, and ways to address them.

Short and sweet

Student accommodation is, by its very nature, a short-term living solution. The academic year at most universities is forty weeks long, and in many cases students will not want to stay on during the summer months.
