Paul Gott elected chair of Local Landlord's Forum

NLA Regional Representative for North and West Yorkshire Paul Gott has been elected Chair of the Craven District Council Landlords' Forum.

The Forum has been developed to help local landlords engage with the council on important issues affecting the private-rented sector, and Paul was nominated Chair in recognition of his useful contributions at council meetings.

The Forum will meet on a quarterly basis and will also hold a number of focus groups to address specific local or national issues. The first of these focus groups met in January to discuss the introduction this April of the Local Housing Allowance.
