NLA to offer EPCs to landlords
from "UK Landlord" magazine, May 2008
As part of its commitment to offering NLA members a strong package of products and
services to support their rentals usinesses, the
NLA is soon to announce a new product so that members can comply with their legal obligations to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
All rental property in England and Wales will need
to have an EPC from October 2008 and in
Scotland in January 2009, before it can be let to any
prospective tenant.
UK Landlord hopes to report in the next issue on
the details of the new arrangements that the NLA
is securing for members. In the meantime, keep an
eye out on the NLA’s website for the latest news.
