The NLA's assessment of the key recommendations and conclusions from the Rugg Review of the private-rented sector.

Dr Julie Rugg of York University finally published her long-awaited review of the private-rented sector on 23rd October. The outcome of the review had been keenly anticipated by landlords' groups, tenants' representatives and local authorities. It will have come as a shock to many readers to find a report that presents such a good view of the private-rented sector.
