EZPZ Landlord v. 4.12 and

As one would expect from its name, EZPZ Landlord is designed for private landlords, enabling landlords to keep track of their properties and tenants through the use of a computerised bookkeeping system that facilitates rent calculations, automated credit control for tenants, automated entries, prepayments and accruals, bank reconciliation, VAT analysis and sales, purchase and nominal ledgers.

There are different editions; the Bronze edition can only keep 20 property records, while the Silver edition's records are unlimited.

EZPZ Property Manager is for residential letting agents and provides the same bookkeeping features as EZPZ Landlord, as well as calculating commission recording landlord, tenant and property details. In addition, an Annual Maintenance Contract can be purchased for £99.00.
