Are you ready for winter?

Before the weather gets really terrible, many landlords will visit their property and carry out a number of checks both inside and out.

Even if you use an agent to manage your property, you may want to do this yourself or check what their usual procedure is. Most good agents will automatically send you an inspection report following a visit to your property.

The following check list can help ensure that small problems don't lead to big repair bills.
