Finding Legal Advice

Do I need a solicitor?

Before going to the expense of employing a solicitor you should consider whether there are alternative sources of advice available which will assist you with your problem.

As an NLA member you will have access to its advice line for help with day-to-day problems associated with managing a tenancy. The NLA has a vast fund of experience of landlords’ legal problems, deriving from thousands of landlords from all over the country. Where necessary the NLA can supply members with relevant extracts from legislation, and the association has a substantial library of relevant case law.
