  "Counter Terrorism in the private rented sector"
  Terrorism affects every single one of us and the teams aim is to educate people around the issues of radicalisation and to highlight who may potentially be targeted as a victim of radicalisation. Sharon will also give an insight into how terrorism directly affects us in the North East and how landlords can play their part.

  Graham will be on hand to talk about development and investment in the current climate.

  In addition we will be launching our recognition of the National Landlords Association Accreditation Scheme in North Tyneside.

  "Legislation and Policy Update"
  By the time of the forum the government’s changes to Local Housing Allowance will be in force and our Housing Benefit team will be on hand to give an update.
