Portsmouth City Council’s New Policy on HMO’s
The Council has plans to severely restrict the conversion of more residential homes into HMOs throughout the Portsmouth area. By 28 February these plans will either have been approved (in which case the presentation goes ahead) or we will possibly substitute it with a brief update and an alternative subject.
