Changes to Planning Rules for Shared Houses in Oxford

Do you let any of your properties to 3 or more tenants?
If yes, then you let a shared house or what is known as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO)
Oxford City Council has decided to limit the number of new shared housing by requiring planning permission for all new HMOs in the city from 24 February 2012.
