Save Housing in Bournemouth

Do you let properties to 3 or more unrelated tenants in Bournemouth? If the answer is yes then you let a shared house - A House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Bournemouth Council intends on limiting groups of people living together in ‘family homes’ by restricting planning permission for new shared houses through Article 4 Directions.

Please support us in opposing this move by joining the campaign. Download and send a letter to the decision-maker at Bournemouth Council – Cabinet Member for Communities and Planning, Cllr David Smith.
