Save Housing in Bristol

Do you let properties to 3 or more unrelated tenants in Bristol? If the answer is yes then you let a shared house - A House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Bristol City Council intends on limiting groups of people living together in ‘family homes’ by restricting planning permission for new shared houses through Article 4 Directions.

Please support us in opposing this move by joining the campaign. Download and send a letter to the decision-maker at Bristol City Council – Executive Member for Strategic Housing and Regeneration, Cllr Anthony Negus.

You can also fill in your details and register your opposition with your local Member of Parliament on the main campaign page.

We also ran a Special Article 4 Branch Meeting on 22 March 2011 for landlords to air their views directly to Bristol City Council officials.
