National Landlords Association

NLA Northampton was created when Northampton Landlords Association joined the Small Landlords Association. We formed the branch in 1996.  We were the first branch of The Small Landlords Association.  John Socha has been chairman since its formation.  Northampton is now the oldest branch of NLA. 

Regular meetings are held at The Hunsbury Hill Centre, Harksome Hill, East Hunsbury, Northampton, NN4 9QX.  January's meeting is always focused on landlords renting to students.

You can download, below, minutes of the NLA Northampton Chairman's meeting on 2 May, 2012 with the University of Northampton. The meeting was held to discuss the possible future relocation of the university’s two Northampton campuses to a new site in Nunn Mills Road and the impact it would have on Private Sector Landlords renting to students.
