The BBC Radio 4 Money Box Live program on 1 February was all about renting and letting.  Our Chairman, David Salusbury, was among the panel of experts giving advice to landlords and tenants.  You can read more about the program here.

After an extremely mild start to winter, the weather has certainly cooled down in recent weeks.  The NLA has issued some top tips for landlords on how to look after their properties during the colder months.  Last winter saw in a spike in frozen pipes bursting causing damage to properties.  You can read our winter tips for landlords here.
