However you complete the foundation course you are then required to print off, read and sign the scheme rules (download here). By signing this document you are agreeing to keep your professional development (CPD) up to date .The form can then be scanned & e-mailed back to firstname.lastname@example.org
We all expect the people we deal with in any profession to be competent in what they do for us. CPD is the method used by many professionals to ensure that their knowledge and skills remain relevant as needs and environments develop. NLA Accredited landlords are also required to complete a certain amount of CPD over a 12 month period.
CPD can be undertaken directly here on the online library by working through individual subjects. Upon successful completion of the end of course quiz, your own CPD profile is automatically credited . You can also manually add any attendance at NLA branch meetings, local authority forums, conferences, courses to your CPD profile, so that all your CPD is conveniently held in one location .
