Complaints about an Agent

Bad practice or failure to account for money properly should be reported to your local authority Consumer Protection Department and/or Trading Standards Department; their advice may be useful in connection with any proposed court action. When an agent purports to be a member of some professional body always check with that body that they are members. Complaints against members of NALS may be taken to the NALS arbitration scheme.
