Deposit Protection will launch in Scotland on 2nd July and it will become mandatory to submit your Deposits to a 3rd party for safekeeping; if there is any dispute between Landlord and Tenant over the return of the money, an adjudicator will decide the case. Ian is a qualified and experienced adjudicator in deposit protection cases and has acted in this capacity for the my|deposits England and Wales Scheme since its inception in 2007. He will be speaking about how the deposit dispute resolution process will operate, and giving tips on how to ensure you have the best possible evidence to support your claims, and can present them effectively.
