Energy Performance Certificates

NLA EPCs provide a range of professional assessments by nationwide network of fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessors.

We'll even recommend a range of measures for improving the energy performance rating!

• Floor area and height to calculate volume
• Gas meter and electricity meter
• Energy saving or fluorescent bulbs
• Make and serial number of boiler and hot water cylinders
• Loft insulation
• Cavity wall
• External walls exposed to outside, neighbouring house or unheated corridor
• Approximate date property built
• Double glazing
• Depth of window aperture

Floor Plans

Floor plans give potential buyers (and tenants) a great overview of your property. Drawn to RICS guidelines, the plan includes built in furniture and fittings and quotes the approximate Gross Internal Area.

Our Floor Plans can be tailored to suit your requirements and include internal detail such as kitchen and bathroom furniture.

Registering

To order an EPC and/or Floor Plan for your property, you must first register.

Registration is FREE for ALL landlords

We ask you to provide your full name, address and contact details.

Once you have completed the simple registration process you will receive a user name and password which will enable you to access the service.

Ordering

Our system has been designed to help you do ALL of your ordering online without the need to print and complete forms or telephone. It has been designed to be self explanatory, but here are a few tips to help you get the most out of the system.
