NLA Rent Guarantee Insurance
Introduction
Rent Guarantee Insurance protects you if your tenant fails to pay the rent. It covers you for up to £2500 per month in unpaid rental income and it covers legal costs to help you in the recovery of unpaid rent.
Rent Guarantee Insurance gives you peace of mind that you won’t lose out if your tenant can no longer pay the rent. When you take out a policy, we also provide you with a 24 hour legal advice helpline so that you have specialist lawyers on hand to help you should you have any questions.
