"POOR SERVICE"

Having tried to persevere with Glide for two years plus, I have finally had enough. They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with for customer service: I logged tenants' meter readings on their website and they lost them. I emailed them again, and they said I could get up-to-date usage and bills on their website; when I found the website graphs weren't up to date, they admitted that part wasn't working yet, and said they'd get me manual bills. That was a month ago, and I've chased three times. Their area manager has tried to help but is powerless and never comes back to me - only aplogises when I chase him. How did they ever become a recommended supplier of NLA?!!
