Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for furnished or unfurnished dwelling house.

This Agreement is intended to create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy as defined in the Housing Act 1988, as amended by the Housing Act 1996.

Important Information

• This AST is for use in England and Wales only.
• This AST cannot be used if the landlord is renting out any part of their own home.
• This AST cannot be used if annual rent is £100,000 or more per year
• If you need to add Additional Clauses, you may find additional guidance in the NLA Landlord Library.
• We suggest you avoid using a 'Four week' rental period. However if you do use this option, please seek advice before completing a Section 21 Notice.
