Landlord Meetings

Sometime it's good to talk and share issue with fellow landlords.

We run and co-host local and regional landlord events all year round throughout the UK.

These focus on up-to-date issues relevant to the area and are well supported by landlords and those organisations that support the sector.

Local & Regional Representation

The NLA's network of regional representatives acts as direct liaison between the NLA, local authorities and landlords at a local level.

Our regional representatives take an active part in local consultations, meetings and events, and regularly participate in landlord forums and networking events. Most landlords deal with government at a local level. Our regional network plays a critical role in building strong relationships with both local authorities and regional landlord bodies dealing with issues such as council tax, planning, Local Housing Allowance, licensing and health & safety.

NLA National Conference

The NLA holds a national conference at which keynote speakers have included Ministers and other main stakeholders in the PRS.

Conference offers members the chance to learn first hand about the key issues affecting the sector and provides a forum for direct communication with the Association, and unrivalled opportunities to meet other landlords.
