Bedford Borough Council is consulting on plans to renew the existing additional licensing scheme for HMOs when it expires in May 2018.
The scheme currently operates across the whole borough and the Council's preferred option is to renew on the same basis.

Landlords and other interested parties are invited to respond to the consultation by 18 December 2017.
